Photographer’s Note

Amasra (Amastris) was founded in 6th century BC and its ancient name was Sesamos. It is one of the highest spots on the Black Sea Coast which displays unimaginable, fascinating beauties while traveling through. The city is located on a peninsula and the eastern side is especially good for swimming. The archaeological museum and Çekiciler Street are of interest, too. As a souvenir you may purchase hand-carved, wooden articles.

excellent point de vue et couleurs magnifiques dans ce paysage. L'utilisation du filtre polarisant est bien vu ici : il apporte beaucoup de contraste. Beau travail.

ayna gibi deniz dedikleri budur herhalde... hem de karadeniz... fotoğraf kalitesi inanılmaz, ne kadar net... amasranın en sevmediğim köşesini (o iğrenç beton bloklar yüzünden) bile bu kadar çekici sunmuşsunuz ya, valla bravo...

The sky looks a little bit strange, maybe due to the polarizer. Sometimes it happens to me. But the composition is wonderful, as the place. The waters looks terrific and its reflections are very nice. I like it!
