From different Generations Photo

Photographer’s Note

Still on the roads of Seixal I was searching for something with character to shoot, facades or persons, and then I got both as when I was shooting this rusty facade, this little kid went running after his ball just in front of my camera, and so I got double in one.
It's almost like two generations on one photo with this old house and this young kid.
I'm sorry about the right cutted foot but this was what I was able to get instantly, as fast as he arrived, this kid disappeared from the front of my camera.

Nicely seen and shot, Paulo. I like the juxtaposition, too. Better to lose that sliver of foot than the whole photo. Wonderful job with the texture, color, and point of view. Overall, I think, this works very well.

Very nice play with the light and shadows on the old but very interesting wall.The shot is perfect but with the boy into the frame is very well seen and enjoyable.Fine colours as always Paulo,I like it...

Bom dia Paulo, sem dúvida que o puto é um bonus muito agradável e acho piada ao contraste de gerações que referes. Já estou a imaginar ver isto sem ele e não é de todo a mesma coisa. é giro ver que ele está vestido com as mesmas cores da fachada, incluindo a risca amarela e os sapatos a condizer com o capacho da entrada. Graficamente o alçado é apelativo e as texturas estão espectáculo. Claro que a luz rasante ajudou muito.

Detalhes muito bons na parede, nas ombreiras da porta, nas cortinas da janela. Gosto também de ver aquela caixa do correio bem baixa e o número da porta que já quase não se vê. Como dizes, o puto foi um bónus no momento em que tiráste a foto. Mas, ficou muito bem e acrescentou aquele sempre desejável elemento. Afinal essas casas não existiriam se não fossemos nós, as pessoas. Gosto muito,

me gusta la sencillez de tu composición, con la puerta y la fachada de colores de esta vieja casa y la presencia del niño con su pelota, que le da un toque vital y dinámico.
Buen trabajo con la iluminación, has conseguido un gran resultado con la luz y las sombras, muy estéticas y equilibradas.

Hello Paulo, a arquitectura é muito austère e com patine de este velho muro esta imagem propõe-nos um pov muito específico ou todos os elementos interagem entre si, muito bonita tonalidade azul, um azul dos países de Sul, o azul da porta e os do rapaz que cria um bonito recorda cor, bem cordialmente

Gostei bastante da imagem que conseguiste captar, as cores estão vivas e interessantes e o enquadramento é bastante bom. Pena realmente que o miúdo nao quisesse colaborar com a fotografia, mas nem sempre se pode ter tudo :)

Incrível imagem, um ótimo registro; o mais gosto são os vários tipos de texturas e cores fortes como o azul da porta que se harmonizou com o azul da camisa do menino. Boa luz e nitidez.

Lindo trabalho mostrando essas texturas de parede, calçada e calçados, tecidos e cortinas. O que me agrada è esse conjunto numa luz e um contraste belissimos. So o que faltava è alguem espreitando a janela...:-)))

Wonderful light, wonderful colours. The blue of the door & the peeling walls are fascinating. The kid is a great addition & I don't think cutting a bit of his foot is a big deal here. Well composed for this lovely shot
