Underwater photography is not easy at all but you seem to be having a nice start!
It is very nice that your pic shows not only the environment but also has a starfish as main theme. Focusing and sharpness is very good too.
Keep in mind that underwater photography requires a lot of light in order to show as much colour as possible.
Keep up the good work!
