Photographer’s Note
ball pass crossing - mt cook region - new zealand
i thing it is the only trek (not difficult but not easy) that can be done in this region, it is unmarked but the path is clear and it is without "real turists";

Hi Jindrich,
Nice shot! But what am I looking at? A glacier - or what is left of it - I guess? A bit of a note perhaps? ;-)
Greetings! Dennis

Hi Jindrich,
Well I really like this image, great POV with nice distant views. The lovely blue sky looks wonderful against the mountains. A note about the image, for example where it is, what it is and how it was taken would be great. Thank you for sharing.
Cheers,
Debbie

Hello Jindrich,
I agree with Dennis, a note is required to tell me more about this place. How would I get to this point from Mt. Cook Village? Aside from some compression problems your image is beautiful, the royal blue sky contrasts well against some stark snow and ice to form a good detailed subject. The rocky FG is a good inclusion and boosts the composition of the image. Your simplistic frame adds an effective boost to your presentation of the photo. Good sharpness and clarity. Look forward to more from NZ.
Matt
