Photographer’s Note

Here is another view of a pasture in Três Bicos region. This is a very high area and the weather can be cold during winter but there is a deep valley around and sometimes this helps to make temperatures not so hard up there. Here we can see Nelore cattle, a race that was brought from India in the last century. The grass you are seeing was brought from Africa.

Olá jorge,

excelente essa foto, e muito divertida. As vacas parecem todas olhando para você na hora da foto. Um "rio" de vacas cortando o campo, deu um belo contraste e as cores da cena estão ótimas.

I like two things about your treatment of this image. 1 - the panoramic cropping and 2 - the fact theat there are only three colours in this shot - Green white and blue - this makes it more eye-cathing.
