Luckily i had my sigma 10-20 on camera. It didn't last more than 4-5 minutes. Shot at 10mm.

Definitively a nice rainbow shot! I had similar luck when taking a full rainbow: just having the wide lense with me. But the greatest luck is to view it through the most perfect lens: your eye.

Very well done, indeed. Again it seems that good photos come out for being in the right place in the right time. Difficult light but you have controlled it extremely well. Did you try to get photos closer of that wreck or was it too late already? Well done!

Hi Nikolaos,

Wonderful photo! One that definitely proves again that you absolutely don't need nice weather to make spectacular photo's. This rainbow is glorious and you've captured it fully, which is only possible with ultra wide angle lenses, indeed like this Sigma 10-20 which I also have :-)
The shipwreck inside the arch of the rainbow is a very nice and unique addition to the photo. Well composed, nicely placed off center and good placement of the horizon (which is nice and straigth)
The sky is incredible and gives a dramatic atmosphere.
Only thing I'm unsure about is the white balance, I think the beach in the foreground is a bit too green..but it might have fitted the weather.

I agree with chriswhitley.

Wow, you managed to get the entire rainbow. That is beautiful. I love the fact that the old ship is in the middle perfectly placed in the frame. A Perfect capture!

Hi Nikolaos,
Dramatical effect ! You were at the right place at the good moment. The colors give a special atmosphere of storm. The boat was an excellent subject and the rainbow gave it a perfect decoration.
