Photographer’s Note
This was taken down on the most Southwest tip if the Isle of Wight, it's an area that used to be well used for smuggling back in the day and is now supposed to be haunted! The beach down here is very remote and generally used by nudists in the summer due to the lack of people and the difficult access through thorns, mud, landslips, and many many snakes (Adders)
The beach itself though is lovely with fine shingle and some sand making it the perfect beach if you want to lay down and relax on your own or with a partner!
This shot was taken during the evening as the sun set in the west, a chill breeze was starting to blow down from the cliffs behind me and i was all alone on this beach with not a single person in sight, and a long walk back up through the "haunted" landscape by myself!

Wow, I love the intensity of colours here and even more the loop that the flowing water makes around the rock. Also the blue cast in the "white" water plays very well with the warm light of the sunset.

Hi Jamie
This is really great! I love the movement of the water, it looks really great the way the traces leave a circle around the foreground rock.
Great job

Hello Jamie,
your moving water seems to confirm the presence of "something", maybe? Good effect, I will try to reproduce it at the first occasion. Charming image and superb colors.

Hi Jamie,
Great result you got here! The hard light, the challenging colours and the softness of the water. Very nice combination and great point of view.
No polarizer?? No slight neutral density?? Really not?? :-)

Nice shot Jamie;
Amazing colors, composotion, sharpness and all the above..
But what kind of bothers me is the fact that you've now posted 20 shots and have only written 4 critiques/ comments. Personally I'd like to see you get a bit more 'involved'...
Cheers,

hi Jamie
i'm a little bit bored with all those british coast photos (inspired by Cornish and his First Light I suppose) but this one has something what caught my eye. great play of water, composition, tonality and vivid colours S3Pro gives. I'm only not so sure about colour of the water...
best wishes

Hello Jamie,
Quel superbe photographie ! Le temps de pose long t'a permis de figé l'eau qui entoure ces rochers ! Les couleurs du ciel sont réellement belles et très bien saturées !
Bravo pour cette très belle prise de vue très réussie !

But Jamie It does not look real to me, the more I look at it the more I want to believe it is real, there's something eerie n unreal about it...r u sure its a real, one shot pic? the dry sand behind the rock makes me wonder, but the look appeals me!
Its great thoh!
