Photographer’s Note
This is not dusk, this is not dawn. This is about 3 pm, cityview from the main pier over the Pattaya bay. A massive cloud was approaching, promising a heavy rain with a thunderstorm. It got very dark, and shooting at 1/6s shutter speed allowed to catch this magic blue colour of the sky, city and the sea.
No filters or retouch were used.
