Photographer’s Note

The goal of this photograph was to have the natural light highlight only important objects and also create bands of light/dark in the picture. This light pattern lasted only for about 3 seconds where the foreground and hills were dark and the middle (with the animals) was lit at about the same brightness as the sky.

this looks so fantastic... great scenery. i like how you composed this photo - that barn (?) makes it more interesting. i also like how well the colours are saturated.
