Photographer’s Note

Recently back from a trip to La Réunion island in the indian ocean, I discover that bibiweb and nwoehnl just posted pictures of cows having their meal in a scenic environment. It was more than I needed to decide to share this photo.
La Réunion is a tropical volcanic island where the cows live high in altitude (between 1500 and 2000m) to benefit from cooler temperatures and a rich grass that they apreciate .. even late in the afternoon like one can see here.

The blanket of clouds are incredible, as is the colors of the sunrise. Great job!

Hello Pascal,
This is a beautiful scene, and it has a fairy-tale quality to it. I love the colors on the horizon, and the way the clouds seem to blend into the land is magical. The greenery in the foreground, and also the lighting are really nice.

Pas mal ce simili HDR !
Pas simple à faire car beaucoup d'images publiées ainsi manquent de contraste et ce n'est pas le cas ici.
Il serait intéressant de publier en WS l'image originale afin de pouvoir comparer.
