Photographer’s Note
there've been 2 places (so far), where i was amazed by amount of stars i could clearly see - death valley & gran canaria. if you really want to have your mouth wide opened all the time - just go there!

fantastic shot. the imense sky makes you really star thinking about the life, universe and everything else :) great colours and details, and I particularly like the cloud of sand on the left, it adds to the space-odyssey-feeling of the photo.
best,
Kristine
