Photographer’s Note

A view from the empire state building. Unfortunately tripods are not allowed up to the observation deck! used the metal rail to steady the camera for 2 seconds. after taking a series of images I then proposed to my girlfriend! A great view and a great night.

Hi Craig,

Congrats on your proposal and on your shot. B&W gives a different perspective to the night shots.

One piece of advise - Do use the maximum size (800 pixels) which TE offers you.

Great view of NY by night and I'm impressed by the quality of this image, it's sharped and well detailled without tripod.
