Photographer’s Note
No doubt the colurs have the magic and they speak their own languages......but I think B&W has its own magic to weave.
So folks here goes the very this first photograph of Shimla in B&W on TE.
This is Ridge...the favorite most place of the tourist....
to stroll,
to enjoy the Sun,
to enjoy the cool breeze,
to shoot......

Hello Rajev,
A very beautiful sunny photo. It looks just like buildings in Europe! I like this building in the right, it is very cute. This is a beautiful street scene in black and white!
Cheers!

Hi Rajeev,
I like your choice to use black and white here. It allows us to better feel the environment. I like your low and wide POV. Well done, thanks for sharing!

Hi Rajeev. Really a beautiful shot in B/W of the mall as commented by Indranil. For me it is an added pleasure to walk down the memory lane. This mall, the scanadal point the series of shops below -- I fail to count how many times I visited. TFS. Regards

Good b/w conversion, nice tones, the b/w certainly does help to give the geometry here a nice ounch. Good b/w work, keep going with this.

When it comes to architectural subjects, I still prefer black and white because colos that are not part of the structure do not distract from the structure. On this photo the dark background of the trees emphasize the contrast of the wood frames and the white stucco.
