Photographer’s Note
Last Saturday, I was at the Broken Bridge at Besant Nagar in Chennai. Popular myth has it that a bridge was planned from Chennai to Rameswaram (at the southern tip of India). However, the project did not take off and Chennaiites have a bridge which ends abruptly in a quite picturesque place where the Adyar river flows into the Bay of Bengal.
The sound of the pounding of the waves, golden sunshine, Egrets and such like birds in the backwaters hunting for their breakfast, fishermen in their catamramans in the backwaters and fishermen heading out to sea was the scene which greeted me.

Hi Guru,
I like the warmness of the colours here and the silhouettes of the boats.
Do he uses his stick to stop the boat from catching to much speed down the roaring ocean, which ends in a giant waterfall? :)
Just to be funny, what I ment was, I think the horizon is a little tilted.
Otherwise nice shot.

Guru: nice idea here with the light. Watch your horizon though (not strait), and not too sharp,.. sorry, c

HI Guru Bhai,
I like the colour tone and silhoutte of boat. The WS done by Vizion and Indranil are excellent. They have rightly corrected the tilted horizon and added colour in Indranil's WS is a nice idea.

Hello Guru
The colors and tones in this image are wonderful. I think the image could be made more level with the horizon and aesthetically this would be pleasing, but maybe you are looking for an "at sea" feeling. Also, consider a slight crop to bring out the drama of the moment. The scene has a cinematic quality. I post a workshop as an example for your evaluation.
Namaste,
Eugene
