Photographer’s Note

A warm and sunny day of the spring of the 2002 visited my house this beautiful and nimble bird. I followed him all morning with camera in hand and I could not to portray it, until I realized that always settled in the same flower, then I prepared the camera in sports mode and I hoped to him during 20 long minutes, ¡had arrived finally the desicive moment! and in a single shot I obtained this photo. It fits all the levels to him with Adobe Photoshop 7,0 entering "Autolevel" and this it is the result.

Congratulations for your efforts to capture this beautiful colibri in action. HOwever I find the subject to be too centered and not sharp enough and also the red and blue lines in the background a little distracting. I tried a workshop and got a little bit carried away. hope you like it.

Superbe prise de vue Miguelangel, très difficile à réaliser quand on connait à quelle vitesse les ailes de cet oiseaux battent !

Great shot. Using the sport mode was a good idea and congratulation for your patience. I made a workshop to remove noise on the background and increase sharpness of the foreground.
