Photographer’s Note
I took this shot in a public garden in Paris. I liked the terrace effect of the landscape. Also I liked the fact that it showed the back of a sculpture. Sculptures are one of the few pieces of artwork that I like to photograph because they have several dimensions and can always been seen in different ways.
Postprocessing: I cloned out a pedestrian that I thought distracted from the overall composition.

Simple and nice study, Michele. The colors are great, and the "thirds" effect from the terraces was well spotted. The statue is a good detail, and wherever the pedestrian may have been you sure did a good job "removing" him/her.

It takes a good eye to spot this, The statue is a necessary detail in this picture, it was a good idea to clone the pedestrian out, although I wonder what it would lok like with "it"
