It is amazing to see high mountains with multicolored rocks in Chumatang approximately 135 kms away from Leh. The road runs along the side of Indus river towards its origin in China.

The natural beauty is beyond description at an altitude of 14,000 feet above sea level here with crystal clear turquoise blue Indus river flowing across.Latitude / Longitude: 33.37,78.37

Hi Subhash,
I don't know why it has not earned any point yet! This is a lovely composition! Especially the different layers of colours of the mountains add a different dimension to it.

I only have one thing to say. You could have completely omitted the river or could have changed the POV so that some more part of the river would have been included. The present version does not quench the thirst fully. :)
