Indian Vegetarian Yummy

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Well, India is a heaven in our world not only for photographers (because there is the land of colours & ...), but also for vegetarians like me. The photo represents my table in "Konkan Café, Taj President Hotel" with very delicious traditional Indian vegetarian cuisines called "Thali", each one in a traditional copper plate over a banana leaf.
"Konkan Café" in Taj President Hotel, is the 1st of its kind in a 5-star hotel in Mumbai that offers seasonal cuisine from the western coastal region in a themed environment.
"Thali" is a set of various dishes in one plate. Unfortunately I can't remember each name.
Further information & Full-size photo are available at: http://travels.sfsepehr.com/west_india.html
Your kind critiques (about neg/pos points) & workshops are welcomed.

Hi Sohail. Nice shot of Indian cuisines.Konkan is the coastal region of south western region of India. In fact, it is a 'Thali' not 'Tali'. Thali is a combination of several food items served in a plate called 'thal' or 'thala'. Tali means clap. Anyway, appreciation of food is more important than the meaning of local names. Well done. Regards.
