Paris under a snow fall. During this particular night, I walked for hours across Paris, and I was lucky to make this picture.

I like the picture a lot. Although it's not very sharp,and obviously wasn't taken in summer, it transfers warmth and pleasant mood.

There is some motion blur due to the low shutter speed. The image is a little crooked too. I like the image though. The exposure on the Eiffel Tower is good and the beams of light look great. The slow shutter speed has blurred the falling snow nicely giving a very pleasing effect.

So the tiny brush lines are snow! I only understood that after reading your comment :)
It's well proportioned and I love the lighthouse like lamp at the top of the Eiffel tower.
The sky could have maybe a little more contrast, but this is due to the snow "fog" effect and it should be difficult to do better.
