Lovely shot with beautiful reflections. B&w is an interesting and effective choice here. I would consider cropping the top to about half way up the bank so the boats are not so centered.

Nice image... like you say, a very mystical feeling. The black and white is good here I think, adding an almost spooky but peaceful feeling to the scene. I would have to agree with spence though that there should be some cropping somewhere to off center the focus of the boats somewhat. Great job though!
