Photographer’s Note
This image was taken at the entrance hall (Turbine Hall) of the Tate Modern in London, while it was in exhibition Olafur Eliasson's installation as part of the 'Weather Project'. The space was completely transformed with this artificial overwhelming sun. I founded it fantastic and visually extremely appealing (not everyone had the same opinion, as it always happen with art). I have seen at TE other very good images of the same installation and I wanted to share this one with you as well. Enjoy.

Very original idea, the effect is stunning and I like the overall dark atmosphere.

Great note and shot, Catarina, the details where people contrast the sun are super-real. My only comment would be that you post 800x600 resolution photos so that we can enjoy them even more.

very nice shot! reflections of the sun on the side walls and shadows of the people are very nice. Also, I would love to see a version of this with the bottom black area cropped out. Maybe I can do it as a workshop item.
