Photographer’s Note
Temple Square is the most popular attraction in the state with several million annual visitors. It occupies a full city block in the heart of Salt Lake City. High walls surround the complex, with wrought iron gates providing ingress on all four sides. Within is the magnificent Mormon Temple, the Mormon Tabernacle and Assembly Hall, as well as various monuments, statuary and two visitor centers.

The Mormon Temple
With a gleaming white quartzite facade and multiple spires that soar heavenward, the Mormon Temple is a truly inspiring building. Only LDS members are permitted within, but you may admire it from outside.
Four days after entering the Salt Lake Valley on 24 July 1847, Brigham Young designated where the temple would be built, and on 6 April 1853, he laid the cornerstone of the temple foundation. That event marked the beginning of a long construction process.
Many difficulties slowed the building of the temple. Granite was quarried in Little Cottonwood Canyon, 20 miles southeast of Temple Square, and transported to the site by teams of oxen. A single wagonload required four days of travel to reach the temple site.
Work on the temple stretched from years to decades until finally, 40 years after it was begun, the temple was completed and dedicated on 6 April 1893 by Wilford Woodruff, the fourth President of the Church.

Elias esta composicion is casi perfecta. Buen trabajo Elias. Buen fin de semana amigo.

Hola Elias, very interesting and peculiar architecture. Unfortunately it's not possible to make a visit inside, for what I read in the link you gave us. This POV is great, although you must have not been the best conditions - it is noticeble that it was taken through the glass of a window and for the composition, the building is a bit cut in the bottom. But it's still a good photo and we can apreciate many details in those granite façades.
Have a nice weekend,
Ricardo
