Your composition is kinda messy (with that ugly fence in the foreground), the contrast could be improved and it should be sharpened, but there is some kind of atmosphere about this shot that I really like.

Very Beautiful light and colors, it gives a great atmosphere, but i think composition could be improve in order to remove some not so good elements like the fence or the sitck in the foreground. Bu overall ist a good image.
