Larry,
This is a nice shot! However it does seem to be tilted to the right a little. The lighting and colors are great with nice sharpness and detail. Your composition is very good placing the windmill in the right 1/3 and giving the open space in front of it.

It seems that pattern of clouds was produced by that mill. This effect is result of your composition. Well seen and done, Larry.
Though I would correct slight tilt to the right.
