[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
When there's still snow on the ground and you're an eastern or northern college baseball team needing to get your season going, sometime drastic measures are called for. The Rutgers-Newark squad traveled from New Jersey to California to get their season under way.

This photo has only been cropped in a little. I attached a 2x converter to my 400mm 2.8 and shot this at 1/1000 of a second and at f5.6.

great expression good colors. i'd sharpen the pitchers face a bit though.

This is very good, but I can't help but find it a little tightly cropped and I notice that his face isn't quite in focus either. Nice action grab.
