Frolicking River Otters
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
What's harder than getting a river otter to stay in the frame long enough to click the shutter? Getting TWO of them to hold still long enough to click the shutter! These fiesty otters were spotted at the North Carolina Zoo in Asheboro, NC.
River otters are endangered in the US, but rescue groups are working hard to restore their natural habitat and return more of them to the wild.
*A monopod assisted in this capture, though there is no option to specify that in the photo info. |

Awe!, i love otters so much. And i realize you have to be very quick to catch the busy beasts.
Nice work Lorna.
