Photographer’s Note
Here is another picture of my past Sunday at the Ulu Yam waterfall. The nature has remind us how great is our creator and everytime I look at it, it just make me feel relax and good. The breeze of nature, the sound of the water flowing and hitting on the rocks, is so relaxing.
I have reduce the quality of this picture to maintain a certain size I can post into trekearth so everyone can see it better.
Hope you like this picture and for further information please refer to my previous posting.
Thank you

hi adam
fine water movement here. it looks so smooth and silky. seems a little bright at the top, which could be an iso/exposure thing i guess. but it's still a strong composition. well done!

Hellow Adam -
This is a nice fall and a very good attempt. There is no mention of a tripod in the Photo Info but shots like this require a tripod so that you have everything sharply in focus. Some of the rocks look to be a bit soft. Also, there are several very hot highlights - the best waterfalls are captured on a cloudy day so that the light is highly difused. I know when you are out for the day it is hard to get perfect situations. If there are clouds try to wait for them to enhance your scene or work around the scene to try to minimize the highlights the best you can. In a waterfall image some small specular highlights are acceptable but large burnt out areas are not. Another trick to help the situation is to use a polarizer which acts like a ND filter, if the light is from the right direction, and allows you some more flexibility. Sorry to be so harsh but there is potential here.
Thanks for sharing
