HUMAYUN'S TOMB is a complex of buildings of Mughal architecture located in Nizamuddin East, New Delhi. In time of Slave Dynasty this land was under the KiloKheri Fort which was capital of Sultan Kequbad S/o Nasiruddin(1268-1287 AD). It encompasses the main tomb of the Emperor Humayun as well as numerous others. The complex is a World Heritage Site and the first example of this type of Mughal architecture in India. This style of mausoleum was the same that created the Taj Mahal in Agra.

dedicate to my sister :) is normal that i like it

Hi Rajiv,
This is a nice pic with good colours and light. You also did a reasonably good job of stitching the photos together, although one of the joins is a little bit obvious. I've never successfully done that before but I do have some idea of how difficult it might be. It would be interesting to see how this pic might look if it was taken with a very wide angle lens and then cropped.

Hugs,
Tony

Olá Rajiv, the large version is wonderful and the architecture is fascinating as so many great examples in India. This one reminds me a bit the FATEHPUR SIKRI complex. The presentation is excellent and I love the contrast bettween the complementar green and red. Good leading lines. Strangely, it looks rather empty of visitors. A calm place it looks, indeed.
Cheers,
Ricardo

Hi Rajiv
Vert nice pano especially the large version
Nice colors good framing with the diagonal effect of the path.

Hello Rajiv
Marvellous view of the grand tomb. The POV is exquisite & you had done a great job with the pano format. The large version is superb! I got very harsh light when I went there last month. Now that I'm moving to Delhi, hope to catch up with you & get such great shots

Woooow, marvelous panorama, fantastic. Congratulations for such a perfect panorama. Actually, everything's perfect in the photo: POV, composition, lithing & colours.

What a marvelous place, too. Rajiv, I love your country India very much, too. I believe India is the heaven of photographers. I've visited Mumbai, Goa & Pune a few mounths ago & taken some photos that I love (some of them are available here in TE). I'll go to India again very soon to visit New Delhi & Agra. Now, I know where is one of the places that I MUST go in addition to Taj Mahal, Agra. It's Humayun's Tomb in New Delhi.

Yours, Sohail.

An excellent shot, Rajiv.

A nice shot that looks as if it is a commercial piece. It would look good as a postcard or in a travel magazine.
