Well this is a great Night shot with a great exposure. A bit too bright on the reflection, try decrease by 1/3 or 1/2 stop, it'd be perfect. The photo is a bit lean to the right. I like how you framed and conposed this shot, unfortunately, the tree at the bottom is hiding the nice reflection. But this is a nice Night shot, indeed. I did a workshop for you.
