Photographer’s Note
This is another photo in the Bitterroot Mountains in Montana. I liked the contrast between the new growth coming in around these trees killed by a fire in this area. This trail leads to a beautiful overlook at Blodgett Canyon.

Dear Peter,
your note is quite right.
after the mountain fire, there grows new plants surely.
the new green fragrance overcomes the smell of fired ash, and forest must rebirth on it.
