Photographer’s Note
In the morning market in Pie, a little town in the hills of Mai Hong Son, a market trader is trying to encourage business by shouting her wares. This sleepy little town is home to people from many of the hill tribes, such as Karen, Acar and Isusu. They come to the market early in the chilly morning (chilly because of the altitude) to buy there provisions.
