Photographer’s Note
On the way into Ho Chi Minh City on the Mekong Express from Phnom Penh,, we stopped at a traffic signal. A young boy was chaining up his cart near some dustbins. The ochre color of the walls, and greens, browns of the bins, and the red shirt just popped out. Before I could get another shot, we started off again. I cropped the picture from the original size to better focus on the activity. Picture was taken through the bus window, so I slightly adjusted the levels to offset the "bus window filter" effect.

This potential sad photo, seem very nice because of the fantastic colours.
