Betweeb Kenton-on-Sea and Alexandria, a 3km wide sand-dune field make the beach. When we arrived on the shore, there was 2 sea-gulls dead. I shot that one with the guys in the background.
This is Africa, where one can realise that life is fragile and may stop any time. Also, once dead, we will be swiftly cleaned as our passage did not happen. Sad reality, but true...
Applied gradiant filter for the sky, and sharpen. That was it.

Hi Stephane,
DOF is excellent, good detail where it matters. Colours are dramatic. The composition and the low POV work very well.
Kinda sad to see this on the beach, a good reminder of mortality and to live each day well.
Karen

Hello Stephane,
Daniel.

Stephane,
this is really good, very dark and caught in a great way. Great POV, awsome

Hi Stephane,
I love your point of view and the wide angle that you used here. Great details and colours and the vertical format works well.

Wanda

Hi Stephane
This is an amazing shot! very professional. I love the deep colors and the immense details you managed to catch in this dead seagull.
Great work
Harry

I'll add it to my favorites

Marhaba Stephane ,

Again in your collection very dramatic picture . Vivid colors , & I like your POV so much .

Nice note too . May I ask what do you mean by “Applied gradiant filter for the sky” ?? I would appreciate that. TFS

Gusti

Bonjour Stephane,
