Photographer’s Note
This is one of my favorite photos in one of my favorite places in the UK (not the cemetary) - Whitby. The photo is taken just down from Whitby Abbey looking over to the West Cliff, in the valley is the harbour.

I'd have been tempted to show more of St Marys or maybe crop it out altogether.
Somewhere I have a surprisingly effective shot from a similar spot taken after dark - its quite well floodlit - until midnight anyway.

hi mark,, like your unusual pov on this shot, its hard to beleive the gap between the gravestones and the houses on the other side of the harbour they all run into each other in this shot
