Continue with my story of Indian IT engineers...

In office, dead line of project nearing day by day but still lot more thing need to complete. In fact project life cycle goes through various phases but tight deadlines always make the life impossible & you can hear common term used "Project is in RED".

It is nothing but running behind schedule. It is running so behind which is impossible to cover up.
But nobody think much, because thinking will not change anything. Everything is visual, nobody in fact knows what he is doing but he is doing something.
Whole life of IT works in visualization.

LOGIC Building, you can here this word too often in IT. This is mainly programing work or Coding work, where engineers develop actual virtual engine that runs on endless conditions.
Logic building is the phase where people loose there own logic since it needs huge though process, which should go through endless conditions.
Which give enamours stress to engineer & many engineers you will find smoking or drinking on regular basis.

Quick money is also one reason but Also stress.
This stress not only taking project in red but also the life..!!!
