The Maryland State House in Annapolis is the oldest state house in the country still in legislative use. In 1968, it was designated a National Historic Landmark.
The Maryland State House is where the Maryland General Assembly convenes for three months each year and the Speaker of the House of Delegates and the President of the Senate have their offices there. The Governor and the Lt. Governor also have their offices in the State House.

Nice about colours and composition, though the tower is not very straight :). And there are slight problems with sharpness, aren't there?

This is a lovley composition with the State House as architectural detail, Vladimir! :-) I like the gentle tones of the sky, serving as fine background to it. The repetition of black and white horizontal layers creates beautiful effect. Light is superb too. Well done!

This is really lovely Vladimir - stunning composition in it's simplicity. There are probably a 100 things you can do with these shots, but you have captured it very well. Your note is very informative for me too. Well done.

A great detail of Maryland's beautiful old State House, Vladimir. I like your off-center placement of the "tower", and the detail you got allows for some fine studying of architectural detail. Well captured, I like it, and your note is good as well.
P.S. Incidentially, one of my recent postings was a wide-angle shot from Annapolis that also included a remote view of the State House ;-) (I was there on a trip I made in 2000)

A fine of set composition and a fine soft side light that lets the octagonal(?) shape come to life. I like your cropping too.
If you use the sharpening tool carefully I think you can get some more power in the panels and railings.
