Photographer’s Note
I saw Pam (Kiwi) just posted a beautiful scenery, so I would like to send a picture reminding a typical Australian (I hope) animal. This was taken in my Normandy village, in the garden of someone who has a collection of unusual animals for our region.
This one is an ostrich, but this guy has also emus.
------
I got the info for Stephane (Gattaca). Emu is smaller, has feathers up to half neck. Ostrich is the world's tallest bird and has a bare neck. Some differences too on how the feathers are displayed on the body (back, specially).
