Photographer’s Note
while riding the bicycle along the lake at the last day of a historic first May decade.
One of the few spots where it is relatively safe to shoot and drive.
BTW, if you are used to drive your car this seems like a good time to start riding your bike instead.
I think today the oil price will set a new all time high ($41.15 on October 10 1990), after yesterday's close just cents from that - another historic day ?
Well one thing is clear for me : the record is nothing but the start of a climb so steep as these mountains.

its a nice view but try some unsharp mask on it in photoshop. luminous landscape.com has some good guidelines ... it needs a bit more punch, no?

A nice place for a bike ride.. I tried to bring out more of the picture in a workshop.

I like your note Francis, i'm also trying to use my bicycle more often, and it's true, the way to see the view is not just trans passing by car, i like the view like i told u about the other photos, maybe it's a bit blur but that's good enough for me.

I like your shot anyway - you got the tree at the right side with a very fine bright green colour - which tell me that there must have been some haze that moorning.
Interesting analogi you done between the oilprices and this fine landscape - In less then 500 years where about to use what its took the nature 500.000.000 to make (oil)
Nice work I like it Francis.
