As I said earlier, La Grande Arche is just that, "Grande" I mean. For a short moment the stairs and the square were empty except for two persons in good positions and I had my chance.

hi Ebbe, again great patterns, lines, angles... great compo with the fram fully filled, I am glad seeing those two persons there, I have nothing to nit pick here.. or maybe raising your camera a bit to crop this empty space in the foreground just below the woman feet, leaving only a small stripe of the pavement... but it is just an option, another possible composition.
anyway, definitely it is a very very nice picture!

This is comming together as quite a puzzle, Ebbe :o) But I really like this one aswell, and as with the pigeon from yesterday, it's nice to have the people ad some organic shapes to the tight compo. Good job!

Great timing and very good composition! I like the way the contrast between the bright building and the relatively tiny dark lady there.

Nice, I see what you are about to do - show us the four corners day after day - a clever and creative idea. La Grande Arche is really big, and you deliveed the feeling of how big it is in a vry impressive way. Wonderful, Ebbe.

Great chance and a wonderful capture, Ebbe! I like very much the contrast in sizes of people and buildings. It creates a fantastic atmosphere and makes the shot outstanding. Very well done!

Hi Ebbe, Great. I like this one too. Great use of lines and patterns that's for sure. But great use of scale too. The two people and their position in the frame really make it great. I like it. Well seen and done.

Ebbe, what a space you captured here. Really nice, graphical picture. It already begins with the pattern in the pavement, and it goes on and on and on! With the man on the top of the stairs you show the size very well. Good one!!

Wow, I know this place, and however I am impressed by your pic. Excellent angle and choice of framing, once again, Ebbe.

excellent catch... did you know that photos of the grande arche are forbidden for publshing unless one has a special authorization? i find this scandalous! your photo is not only extremely well composed and cropped but give a chance to our TE friends to see this superb building... congrats ebbe!

Wow, Ebbe, what a great capture. The lines are fantastic and the placement of the people is just perfect. Excellent shot.

Impressive! So sharp, so well composed and so nicely framed, Ebbe, and almost monochrome! Your picture really gives away the size and structure. I guess I've never been so close, as I couldn't imagine this. And you certainly didn't give away your chance. Two out of four. Extremely well done! Super!

Great shot! The arch is huge and it really appears huge here. The people really give the scale to the scene. And I like that it's so devoid of crowds. Just the two. All that modernism. The vast open plazas and huge solid buildings are sometimes in-human. I'm not saying it's like this here but this does capture that feel. I love the stairs, the huge size and the patterns on the arch. It's very impressive. You did great capturing this moment of emptiness.

This is very cool shot, Ebbe!
Very graphical shot with great details of differnt shape. The tone of the background which is nearly like B&W even made the woman stand out as well as to compare the size of the architecture. Very well captured!

It's great! Very nice composition with different geometrical figures. Looking at 2 little peoples I can fill how big is that building. Well done!

Truly magnificient composition. I've been to the Grande Arche a couple times, and I like this building a lot. Standing in the gap you'll have a great view of the skyline of Paris. The two characters in your photo really give a good perspective of how grand and huge this building is. Also the lines in different directions are superbly captured. Excellent job!

Dear Ebbe, I would prefer this shot without the woman in front. Otherwise this is a schoolbook picture for dimensions, very well done. Yours, Jan

A great picture you have, with the 2 people ideally positionned. As you mention, it is certainly not everyday that you have the chance to find such a situation... But you caught it perfectly well. Very good.

Hi Ebbe Great compo; impressive scene with the wellknown architectual building in Paris. I like your strong compo with the two p[eople there to give the impression of how large the building is.
