Photographer’s Note
Hello friends!!
Sorry for the long absence. I guess 2007 did not give me a great start. bad internet connection, bad fever. Back logged work and constant tiredness made it impossible to be on the internet for any kind of recreation.
Anyway, I thought I should pick up from where I left off.Bidwell Park and Little Chico Creek. Tranquility and the silence of the moment, exactly what I felt last few weeks.
Enjoy!!

Hello Pranab,
I hope, now you are fine with the health. take care for that.
There is really a nice networks, made by the barnches over the blue sky. I liked the streams of water in between. It remind me some of my tours in Sunderban areas in west bengal. What are the kinds of these typical groves? anyway, thanks for sharing.

Hello Pranab,
Looks like this old forest is untouched by humans for a while!
Many fine old trees, dying the natural way...
Good details in this nice composition, the foreground interest in the broken tree is very effective in creating a feeling of depth!
Greetings,

Hi Pranab,
Welcome back! Nice POV above the water here, quite dark water too, if they reflect your mood!;D Good sharpness and light well managed in this seemingly hostile environment.

Hi Pranab.
Sorry for your problems with the beginning of the new year.
And the next that I am going to say is not a problem, is only an idea: try not add so sharpness to these photos.
You could avoid this kind of noise or grain because the reason is, I think, the oversharpness.
Regards and take care.

Hi again Pranab. Nearly two weeks since you uploaded this; hope you are not ill again. Nice composition, looking along the river under the arching trees. I tend to agree with Coco and Salilda about the graininess brought about by oversharpening (it may depend on one's monitor to a certain extent). One effect of oversharpening is to put so many tiny beads of white into the image that the colour becomes a little washed out. This Bidwell Park of yours seems a superb conserved environment. I hope you get back to more regular uploading soon!
Regards
Andrew
