Photographer’s Note

Taken along the causeway leading to Mont St Michel, Normandy, France.

It was windy with bright sunlight at about 11:30 or so in the morning...

These couple were making a brisk walk towards the monument..

You are not supposed to stop your car for taking pictures in that causeway. But my friend readily agreed when I requested him for this shot.. Thanks to my host, Ronan Huot...

Nice framing, and B&W was a great choice...I do wish they were the only couple on the road, but alas! :) Great idea - the title really suits the photo.

Hi Vijay,
This is by far the best that I have seen from you. The road taking a bend, the white divider line leading us into the frame, the two couples and the distance between them, fantastic light and ofcourse the top notch tonal quality in B&W, could I have asked for more?

Vijayee Bhav dear brother.
Your shot has delighted me to the apex level. This is what is expected from you. Great shot Vijay, the low level shot parallel to the road has popped up whole of the image and it shines like bright Sun on a rainy day. The choice of B&W is excillent. Such a shot I really wait for on this site.
