Do you know this TV serie called CHiPS?
It's about two highway cops (John and Ponch') on cool motorbikes who used to hang around the streets of LA. Usually they joke and ride around when suddently a guy in a black van does terrible. Then starts a chase in the Los Angeles river (this thing made of concrete without water), then while riding accross a bit of wasteland, John falls down. Ponch' doesn't know what to do!!! He carries on chasing the bad guy. Eventually the evil guy with golden chains is busted, the police saves a couple of innoncent 12 years blond girls and then Punch' goes to the hospital where John is getting his leg fixed.

I found a 3rd character: Bob, police-man on times-square, whose job is to please the tourists, (or so did it seem...)

I quite like the massive face on the display staring at the cop and the bride staring at the black guy in a frustrated attitude.

Bin alors, personne critique?
Lui c'est pas la série CHIPS... c'est le mec qui bouffe des MacPotato chips bien grasses à toute heure, surtout de la nuit.

C'est vrai que sur Boradway, il y a pas mal de flics frimeurs, dont notamment ceux à cheval, dont le boulot principal consiste à se faire photographier...mais je trouve ça plutôt sympa de leur part... va faire des portraits d'une compagnie de CRS à Paris... :D

Mais pour revenir à ta photo, elle a un problème principal qui est dû à une exposition que tu as voulue trop standard, si bien que l'ambiance est totalement ruinée (néons, brûlés derrière). Elle a besoin d'un diaph de fermeture supplémentaire (f/11 ou 1/160) mais le problème est le devenir les builings du fond, qui vont disparaitre : pour faire ce genre de photo en lumière ambiante, il faut y aller à la bonne heure, quand le ciel est encore bleu foncé, et pas noir comme ici. Tu y étais trop tard dans la journée, Nico.

Hello Nicolas. A cop (in Germany one says here bull) with all insignia power. One has somehow respect for this official ones. He looks friendly (perhaps also amused) and seems to be good-natured. In any case ones are very interesting people in uniform for photographers. Your photo is outstanding and well taken. Very beautifully. Best regards, Wolfgang.

Ahah bien marrante celle-ci meme si techniquement pas parfaite... Allez 2 points, donc comme dit Luko 30 minutes apres le coucher du soleil et tu as environ une heure pour t'amuser...
