Delta of Mekong

A little trip in boat in the delta of Mekong.
This women was paddling at the front of the boat and a man was navigating at the back end of it. She was in an incorfortable squatting position more and less half an hour.

To visitor, this kind of trip is very quite and it's easy to ear animals on the jungle.
We've stop near a coconut candies factory, in wich you can see how to produce them.

I took this picture just when she was turning her face to see if all was ok.

Very interesting and unique POV. I like how you show one side of the womans face. The composition is very good and the contrast between the greens and the conical hat work very well.

Great shot, Jean Claude. A simple but striking composition. The hat, almost an emblem of Vietnam, sets the scene clearly, while her blouse complemets the background jungle nicely. A minimalist, interesting shot. Regards,

Bonsoir jean-claude,
très belle scène de la vie quotidienne. Les couleurs sont magnifiques et ce tissu se marie très bien avec la végétation en arrière plan et apporte un aspect graphique indéniable. La mise au point est parfaite avec l'arrière plan juste flou comme il faut!.

Magnifique photo! Belle composition et belles couleurs.
J'aime la lumière sur la main qui permet de bien voir le profil du visage. Belle capture et bien cadré aussi. Bravo!
