haha this reminds me of my old cat. they love to stretch and play and mine even killed many songbirds because we did not declaw it. This is a great photo with the shadows and the rough ground.

Don't they just love to stretch out in the sun! Capturing him laid diagonally across the frame works well as a composition.

Hello Gisi.

At first glance it looked like this cat was jumping of joy and was flying on its back! "How can you say he is relaxing", I thought... stupid me....

Seing a cat enjoy the warmth of the sun is the only real way to enjoy the sun!
And you have captured that relaxing state very perfectly.
Maybe a bit too much disturbance around the photo, but still very good.

Reminds me a little of my own cat..also has such a pattern on her back and belly, she has orange as extra colour tough :D
She also lays like that sometimes, or in even weirder positions.
May I remind you that cats and dogs in general are not highly encouraged to post on TE, better post them on TL>.

Hi Gisi, I like looking through sights & seeing some of their old photos, this one in your sight is excellent, the cat is in a typical position for a cat, layed flat out under the sun, there is great light & focus, wonderful POV & TFS, kind regards Wilson.
