Taken at Point Grant on Phillip Island near Melbourne while waiting to watch the Penguin Parade a few kms further on.
These seagulls probably wanted me out of their terrain as they were making a lot of noice. Fine with me, after taking some shots. Had to go anyway ;)

Terrific composition, Harko, and I love the way you've squeezed a "decisive moment" out of your subjects! Perfect exposure and sharpness, as usual. Well done!

This fellow is certainly letting you know he doesnt want you around. The lighting and sharpness of the closest bird caught my eye at first in this image, and then I was a little confused by the shallow DOF, altho it does put the attention on the cranky bird. A good pic.

je découvre cette photo aujourd'hui : elle est excellente par sa mis au point et par la lumière sur ces oiseaux. Belle perspective apportée par la barrière. Beau travail.

Beautiful warm light on these birds perched for an early morning gossip!
Selective focus helps visual concentration on these noisy guys.
Interesting perspective on banister.
