Photographer’s Note
While I was shooting some mountain climbers, I looked down and saw this little trickle (well maybe more than a trickle) of water flowing through the mud. The main part of the Virgin River is just to the right. This was just a little branch that was flowing through the mud since the river was low. I loved the colors of the setting sun bouncing off of the canyon walls onto the water. I also like how the coolness of the mud offsets the warm color of the water.
