Photographer’s Note
Tooks this picture during a rare moment when there is not a single person at the Teppakulam (Tank at the center of Meenakshi Temple) ! Actually you can see some of them on the opposite corridors.
Just bought my first DSLR and trying to learn from all the experts here. I am looking forward to your comments and critiques.

Welcome to TE, Pradeep.
Very nice start, this photo is beautiful. The composition is excelent, with an amazing depth given by the shapes of the temple and the sky.
It's a pitty it is not more clear/brighter, but with that sky (one of the wonderful things of the photo) it should very hard get much better results.
Keep posting and criticizing.
