Photographer’s Note
this is a larger version of the ball found here. this ball is a lot larger than the two in the background. the people walking by can give you an idea of how big they are. the main ball is quite larger, standing about 2m tall. the orange and green are façades from the government building spoken of before.

Hi Craig,
The details on this ball are amazing. Great DOF - clarity is well defined in the b/g and f/g. Beautiful colors. Regards. Danilo

Hi Craig,
Very interesting pieces of artwork. I especially like the metallic shine, not many sculptors use steel or anything looking like it. Nice details, interesting background with bright colours and people.

Hi Craig
What a great sculpture and it stands out so well against the colourful background. I like you pov showing off the sharp details of the ball and how the people look so small. Great graphics and colours.

Seems to be THE subject, these days in Brisbane.
You composed it well, with a good dof and a pertinent off-centering choice. It was a good idea to have people to produce some scale. Good cropping too.

Hi Craig,
You've captured wonderful detail and color here. This arae of the Queensland ooast is one of my favorite places so I like reading about events in and around Brisbane.
Wishing you health, Love & Joy (HLJ) in the New Year,

Hello Craig
Striking colours you have portrayed with the soft orange and bright green contrasted by the metallic sphere.
You have also weighted the sculpture well withing the frame, both in its position to the right as well as its cropping on the top/bottom and right side.
Very unique
Great detail and sharpness to boot - kudos

Well composed close-up of the street "sculpture". I like the way you have off-centred it in the frame giving plenty of space to see it in context. It would be a good idea to return at night with your tripod and show us what it looks like lit up.

Hey Craig,
Love the colours and clarity of the picture of such an interesting subject. Very well composed, it shows that you do not need to get the whole subject in the picture to make the picture good.

Nice shot - I like the way the ball domniates the frame & the DOF is good too, there's plenty of detail in the background but not enough to distract my view from the ball itself. the colours are very good, the bright colours in the background compliment the silver steel of the sculpture.

Hello Craig,
This is an interesting photo. I like the different depths, with the bigger ball right up front filling the entire frame from top to bottom, and then the background balls in the distance. I also like the way there are two different colors on either side of the big ball, both being very bright. Nice subject and presentation. :-)
