[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hey guys,

I took this picture whilst out in Perth City over the weekend before X'Mas. The city was bustling with people doing last minute X'Mas shopping and there were also alot of street artists around.

I saw this guy sitting down. I passed him to go hunting for some nice pictures and when I came back again after about 1 hr later, he was still there in the same position, all alone. He was all alone and has probably been sitting there for hours already. I snapped a shot of him sitting beside the steps which form a pretty nice patterned frame.

This is a very interesting photo with that zigzag line. The man is a good contrast to these shapes. Good POV and a nice idea.

Hi Jon.

The black and white is very good for this photo, but much better the graphism, with this vertical view, with the play between light and shadow, and finally with the lonely man the the geometrical forms.

Nice... and good.

only 14 points for such a strong composition? what a shame... great silhouette and great lines. the vertical position was well spotted and even better executed. something for me to learn here, nice job!

Wow.. well spotted and well shot. Good comp for a b&w picture.. I like the sillouhette of the person as well as the pattern of the steps.
