Two tall trees with a beautiful sunset background. The mountains in the background are the Adirondacks in New York State.
I was fixing some hot-chocolate in the kitchen on New Year's Eve and I peeked out the window to see what the day was like. I noticed a yellowish sky further away indicating that it's going to be a great sunset day. Packed my gear, and headed out the door. I drove a few miles from the house and started to capture the breath-taking scenes. I pulled the car over a dirt road, got out, took some shots, drove a little further and continued the process until it got dark.
Oh ya, about the hot-chocolate, I drank it when I returned home. Had to microwave it. It was good and it complimented the beautiful shots I captured.

Nice shot Harjit. Love the colors of the setting sun which are broken nicely by the two trees. Well done.

You are right this is a lovely shot. The colours are superb as are the silhouettes of the two trees. Beautiful. I am a fan of hot chocolate too, one of my favourites.

Hi Harjit,
A very nice contrast picture through the silhouettes of the dark trees, the black clouds are together with the red of the sunset make this picture very well, maybe a little bit unsharp through the backlight. Tfs.
